Exchange & Returns Policy


Exchanges are allowed only in the rare event that the item that you receive is damaged or the incorrect sizing. Email customer service at TheCurveSlayer' within THREE (3) days of receiving your item in order to process your exchange in a timely manner. All products are carefully inspected for damages before they are sent out to our customers.


*There are no exchanges or returns for SALE items. There are NO RETURNS unless your item was received damaged.  

U.S. Customers

Notice of exchanges must be done within THREE (3) days of customer receiving merchandise. Once shipped, we do not accept returns.

If you would like to exchange your previously purchased item that was damaged when you received it, we will gladly exchange the product with another selection on our website that is of equal value. Customers are more than welcome to exchange for an item of greater value and pay the difference in cost. Please let us know immediately of any damages to the product by email:

Note: We are only able to offer what is available on the website once we process your exchange. WE DO NOT HONOR REFUNDS FOR EXCHANGES.

You are responsible for purchasing a label to ship the items back to us and also purchasing a label to ship your new item back to you. When sending back your exchange a return label must be inside of the package for a valid exchange.

We require a tracking number on merchandise that is sent back to us and these items must be returned in the same condition that they were received. 

We require that all exchanges are sent within five (5) days. If this is done later than the five day window, we will not be able to honor the exchange.

Once received, it may take up to 4 business days to process your exchange.

International Customers:

In order to exchange, you must pay for shipping back to us and back to you. Shipping costs are $21+. 


If you would like to cancel an order, please note that there is a restocking fee of $10. This fee will be deducted from your cancelled order original payment.
